• Beginner Friendly

    Programs with a step-by-step, beginner friendly style, that build into advanced techniques. Build a solid foundation to your skills, wherever you're starting. When you're ready, move up to the Intermediate and Advanced courses.

  • Minimal Equipment Needed

    All courses can be completed with 6 ft x 6 ft of open floor space, some water for hydration, a soft floor (yoga mat, carpet, rug), and a stable wall.

  • 7-15 Minute Programs

    Each course is broken into 7-15 minute segments, allowing each students to choose how much time they would like to dedicate to each skill set.
