Contortion Back Bends

Contortion Back Bends is an extremely fun class that dives deep into safe spine manipulation. Through proper warm up and activations, Tia Nicoletti guides the student through their back arch series.

What you need:
- Water!! Hydration is key
- A yoga mat
- A 6 ft x 6 ft floor space
