Gymnastics Conditioning

Gymnastics Conditioning is programmed to assist athletes with both active and passive flexibility. Peak postures and momentum are the name of the game in the class. Learn how to control a full movement pattern and join Tia Nicoletti in the gymnastics fun!

What you need:
- Water!! Hydration is key
- A yoga mat or two for spine protection
- A 6 ft x 6 ft floor space
