Handstands

Handstands gives students the opportunity to properly warm up and understand alignment prior to inverting. Tia Nicoletti walks movers through shoulder stability and spatial awareness while up side down one step at a time.

What you need:
- Water!! Hydration is key
- A yoga mat
- A stable wall for inverting
- A 6 ft x 6 ft floor space
